Sigam Marmitte’s experience at the last edition of Automechanika Frankfurt was a great success. The Campania-based company of the Marfè family, specialised since 1968 in the production of exhausts for cars and industrial vehicles built according to the most recent European standards, stands out in the German expo for the wide and updated range of solutions on display, arousing the interest of the Automechanika public. Satisfied with the results brought home, Diego Marfè, Export sales manager: “We are happy to have met our customers and to have developed interesting and new relationships of international value on which we will now work to grow our business”.
Your participation in Automechanika Frankfurt has just ended. What reporting is possible?
The balance sheet is undoubtedly positive. Automechanika Frankfurt is a very important stage that has given us the opportunity to meet our family of customers and at the same time to start new international relationships.
At the exhibition, Sigam had the opportunity to present the new product catalogue, which covers 90% of the Italian and European circulating fleet. What was the feedback?
Our new catalogue has about 3,000 more references than the previous one and covers, as mentioned, 90% of the national and international circulating fleet. At Automechanika the feedback was more than satisfactory. Our visitors liked it, both for the articles perfectly in line with the market trend and for the new, essential and therefore more modern and dynamic graphics.
A field on which the company is strongly focused on is the design and manufacture of exhaust system manifolds for the automotive and industrial sectors. An aspect that has struck the Automechanika public…
That’s right. Our prototypes, displayed at the German expo, generated a high level of interest among our visitors. Among other things, the entire range of products, whose offer is increasingly enriched with new items to cover the car models that characterise the current fleet, was appreciated.
Returning, finally, to the circuit of events in the sector, what will be the next exhibition target?
Certainly, it will be the 2018 edition of Automechanika Frankfurt that we are already working on. In the meantime, next year we will focus on Autopromotec in Bologna.
